Code of Conduct｜行為守則
Children participating in VBS are expected to respect teachers and staff, follow instructions, and treat others with courtesy. Those who fail to follow the code of conduct may be removed from activities. Parents may be contacted to pick up their child in cases of repeated violations.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give consent for my child(ren) (as listed on the registration form) to participate in the Silicon Valley Christian Assembly (SVCA) Vacation Bible School (VBS) activities, including but not limited to classroom sessions, assemblies, crafts, recreation, sports, water activities, snacks, and lunch, held from June 15–19, 2026. I understand that photographs and videos may be taken of participants during VBS activities and may be used for ministry purposes. In consideration of my child(ren)’s participation in VBS, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silicon Valley Christian Assembly (SVCA), including its pastors, elders, deacons, and VBS staff and volunteers, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with participation in this program.
